Relaxation Massage
Enjoy a relaxing Swedish Massage that focuses on stress relief and easing muscle tension through gentle, gliding strokes. This massage technique can help improve circulation and sleep quality.
Therapeutic Massage
Experience targeted relief for muscle tension with a therapeutic, full body massage. Firm pressure is used to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Trigger point therapy, myofascial release and cupping may be used.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is a great way to relax and relieve tension while you are expecting. A pregnancy cushion can be used to comfortably lay face down or pillows can be used in a side-lying position.
In-Person/Distance Reiki
​Reiki is an energy practice that promotes the balance and alignment of one's energy field. Reiki is believed to influence the body's transition from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the physical body to relax initiating the body's innate healing ability. Clients will be fully clothed lying on a massage table. If unable to lie flat, we will accommodate with a chair.
Animal Reiki
Animal Reiki is a great way to send loving, healing energy to your pets. Reiki is especially beneficial to pets who have chronic health issues, are acutely sick, anxious, or preparing for their transition to spirit. The Reiki energy can help reduce stress, pain, and help to support their well-being, comfort, and healing.
In-Home/Care Center Reiki
This Reiki session is a great option for those who are hospitalized, on hospice or palliative care, going through cancer treatment, or diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. The Reiki practitioner will travel, within reasonable distance, to provide energy healing to the client. Travel that is six miles outside of Onalaska will be subject to a $1 travel fee for every mile traveled.
